Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 33kv platform. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any credit balance without compensation.

You are fully responsible for:

Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
Notify 33kv immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Updating your personal information whenever changes occur.

33kv is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 33kv platform agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological tools to access or manipulate the platform.
Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the security of 33kv systems and servers.
Spreading false, misleading or unlawful content through the platform.
Creating or using fake accounts for fraudulent purposes or to gain an unfair advantage.
Engaging in any money laundering activity or suspicious financial transactions.
Sharing your account credentials or using another person's account without authorisation.

33kv reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, as well as reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payments, Transactions & Deposit Limits

All financial transactions on the 33kv platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of local payment methods, including FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and approved e-wallets.

By making any deposit into your 33kv account, you confirm that:

The funds you use are your own and have been obtained legitimately.
You must not use unauthorized credit cards or third-party payment methods.
You understand that deposits made to the gaming platform are non-refundable except under specific circumstances as defined by 33kv policy.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and security checks. 33kv reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is fully completed. All withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit.

All content on the 33kv platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code and brand names — is the exclusive intellectual property of 33kv. Any copying, redistribution or use of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
